Confidential Enquiry

Prospective clients submit a structured enquiry outlining their organisation, objective, target market, expected timeline and indicative budget.

Qualification & Conflict Review

Each enquiry is reviewed for strategic fit, feasibility, potential conflicts and required data availability. Unqualified, speculative or commission-only requests may be declined.

Confidential Introduction

Where a credible fit exists, the responsible adviser is introduced confidentially. A non-disclosure agreement can be executed before detailed project information is exchanged.

Paid Initial Assessment

Selected mandates begin with a paid assessment session, including a structured consultation, initial feasibility review, recommended research approach, identification of required datasets, preliminary project structure and a written summary of suggested next steps. The assessment fee may be credited against a subsequent project where agreed.

Mandate & Advance Payment

Following acceptance of the project proposal, work begins after execution of the engagement agreement and receipt of the agreed advance payment.

Research & Delivery

Assignments are delivered through a defined combination of desk research, data analysis, industry outreach and specialist commercial assessment.
